I've always been a big dreamer – no like really…
When I was age 8 I started my first business, ‘Kates Candy’ selling (you guessed it ) candy, at the African lodge my parents owned. It may have taught me this biz basics but the real struggle was not eating the stock lol.
Before Launch Queen was an empire, I was a social media manager everyone thought “kept getting lucky”. By 2018 I had influencers booking in for coaching sessions with me (with more followers than I ever dreamt of having). And yep, I would totally wing it everytime. But the results were so epic, I booked out within 6 months of starting.
In 2020, I had been working with a large YouTube channel for a year and had been watching them fall into a cycle of burn out again and again.
The content wheel can be an unforgiving master when you’re in the “more” mentality… I totally overstepped my position and suggested something quite outrageous.
“We should create a passive online course and teach others how to start their youtube channels”
Remember, this was 2020 so courses were just starting to take off, so as you can imagine I got pushback.
“That doesn’t seem like a good use of time”
“Would anyone buy anything passive anyway?”
“What if it fails?”
…I staked my whole reputation on it and guaranteed it would be a success (starts sweating instantly hahaha)
12 weeks later we launched and they doubled their yearly revenue within the first 60 days.
From there it was a whirlwind of referrals until Launch Queen was born.
Four (almost five) years later, I still work with this company whenever they launch something new. Because duh, of course their entire business model shifted to passive online courses and memberships.
How could it not after they had experienced making passive sales while travelling around the world, and stepping away from burnout.
Only the fearlessly ambitious make it big. It’s time to crank up the audacity.

When you love what you do, it’s easy to “over do it”. But to tell you the truth, it was about “who” not the “how”.

I knew something had to change. I reconnected with my idea of success, my ultimate purpose and focused on the lives I wanted to change. I no longer work with clients that just want “easy cash”, you know the ones, they’ve probably fallen for a get rich quick scheme once or twice before.
POV: it’s 2024 and I work with wildly ambitious business owners that are ready to put in the grind to completely change their life with passive income.
